Please read these Terms carefully. By creating an account, subscribing, or using AgentCSX, you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who we are

AgentCSX ("AgentCSX", "we", "us", or "our") operates the website at agentcsx.com and the related AI job-application service (the "Service"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("you", "user") and AgentCSX.

2. The Service — what it is and is not

AgentCSX provides software that helps automate parts of the job-application process, including tailoring resumes and submitting applications to third-party job boards on your behalf. The Service is a tool that assists you; it is not an employment agency, recruiter, career counselor, or guarantor of any outcome.

We do not guarantee that you will receive interviews, job offers, employment, or any specific result.
We do not guarantee any specific number of applications will be submitted, accepted, or delivered, as this depends on third-party platforms outside our control.
Outcomes vary based on your qualifications, the job market, employer decisions, and third-party platform behavior.
The Service may be provided on a beta or evolving basis and may contain errors, interruptions, or incomplete features.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with all laws that apply to you.

4. Your account and information

You agree to provide accurate information (including your resume, email, and job preferences) and to keep it current. You are solely responsible for the content you upload and for ensuring you have the right to submit it. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

5. Third-party job boards and services

The Service interacts with third-party platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, and others. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these platforms. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms. You are responsible for ensuring that automated applications submitted on your behalf comply with the terms of the platforms you select. We are not liable for any suspension, restriction, or action taken against your accounts on third-party platforms.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to: submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information; impersonate others; violate any third-party platform's terms; infringe intellectual property; transmit malware; or engage in any unlawful activity. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Fees, billing, and subscriptions

Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly subscription basis through our payment processor, Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout.
By subscribing, you authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Your subscription automatically renews each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
We may change prices with reasonable notice; changes apply to future billing periods.

8. No professional advice

Nothing provided through the Service constitutes legal, financial, career, or professional advice. Any resume edits, suggestions, or content generated by our AI are provided for convenience and may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing all applications and content before and after submission.

9. Disclaimers ("as is")

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR PRODUCE ANY PARTICULAR RESULT. 10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AGENTCSX AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES, OR ACCOUNTS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $50.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AgentCSX and its owners and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights or platform terms.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 8–13) will survive.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of [INSERT JURISDICTION — e.g., England & Wales, or the State of Delaware, USA], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in that jurisdiction, and you consent to their exclusive jurisdiction. Where permitted by law, you and AgentCSX waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date, and continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
