1. Information We Collect

LinkedIn Profile Data: When you use Agentcsx to search for leads, the extension accesses publicly available LinkedIn profile information including names, job titles, company names, locations, and profile URLs.

Google Account (Optional): If you choose to sign in with Google, we receive your email address and display name solely for authentication purposes.

Usage Data: We store your campaign configurations, lead lists, and connection request history locally on your device.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To display and manage your lead pipeline within the extension
  • To send connection requests and messages on LinkedIn on your behalf
  • To optionally sync your data to our cloud service (Supabase) if you sign in, so you don't lose your leads
  • To improve the extension's functionality and user experience

3. Data Storage

Local Storage: All lead data and campaign information is stored locally on your device using Chrome's built-in storage API. This data never leaves your browser unless you opt in to cloud sync.

Cloud Sync (Optional): If you sign in with Google, your campaigns and leads are synced to our secure Supabase database. This data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, rent, or share your personal information with third parties. Period.

Your data is only accessible to you and is used solely for the functionality of the extension.

5. Third-Party Services

Agentcsx integrates with the following third-party services:

  • LinkedIn: To access publicly available profile data and send connection requests
  • Google OAuth: For optional user authentication
  • Supabase: For optional cloud data storage and backup
  • Google Gemini AI: For AI-powered lead scoring and message generation (no personal data is stored by the AI service)

6. Permissions

The extension requests the following browser permissions:

  • cookies: To authenticate with LinkedIn
  • storage: To save your leads and preferences locally
  • sidePanel: To display the lead management dashboard
  • alarms: To schedule periodic status checks
  • tabs: To open LinkedIn profiles and handle authentication
  • host_permissions (linkedin.com): To interact with LinkedIn's interface

7. Data Retention

Local data persists until you uninstall the extension or clear your browser data. Cloud-synced data is retained until you delete your account or request data removal.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access all data stored by the extension
  • Delete your data at any time by uninstalling the extension
  • Request deletion of cloud-synced data by contacting us
  • Opt out of cloud sync by not signing in with Google

9. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), secure authentication tokens, and Row Level Security (RLS) on our database.

10. Children's Privacy

Agentcsx is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
