Partner Program Agreement

1. The program

AgentCSX ("we", "us") lets approved partners ("you") earn a commission by referring new paying subscribers through a unique referral link. Participation is free.

2. Commission

• You earn a commission of 50% of the first payment made by a new customer who subscribes through your referral link. This is a one-time commission per referred customer.
• The commission rate may be changed at our discretion for future referrals; commissions already earned are not affected.
• A referral is attributed when a new customer subscribes within the cookie window (currently 60 days) after clicking your link, provided the sale is not refunded or reversed.
• Commissions are only earned on genuine, new, paid subscriptions.

3. Payouts

• Earnings become available for withdrawal 30 days after the corresponding sale, to allow for refunds and chargebacks.
• A minimum balance of $50 is required to request a payout.
• Payouts are made to the payout details you provide (e.g. PayPal). You are responsible for their accuracy.
• You are solely responsible for any taxes on commissions you receive.

4. Refunds, chargebacks & clawbacks

If a referred subscription is refunded, charged back, or reversed, the related commission is cancelled. If it was already paid to you, we may deduct it from future earnings or request its return.

5. Acceptable promotion

• Do not use spam, misleading claims, fake reviews, or trademark-infringing ads.
• Do not bid on our brand terms in paid search or impersonate AgentCSX.
• Do not self-refer or create accounts to generate commissions for yourself. Self-referrals and fraudulent activity are void.
• Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship where required by law (e.g. FTC/ASA rules).

6. Termination

Either party may leave the program at any time. We may suspend or terminate your participation and withhold commissions for violations of this agreement, fraud, or abuse.

7. No employment

You participate as an independent party. This agreement does not create an employment, agency, partnership, or joint-venture relationship.

8. Changes

We may update this agreement or the program terms at any time. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance.
